Great Cheese making book!

I have an original Mary Jane Toth cheese makers book and wanted an updated version. This book is outstanding! Great recipes, beautiful pictures, and well organized. The book is so beautiful that my granddaughter became excited about making cheese. (She is only 8 years old)
