Customer service won’t respond.

Items don’t fit. I paid full price, items were not on “final sale”. However, the returns portal isn’t working, it won’t let me set up a return. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times over the past month and received zero response. I’ll have to do a charge back. I have been a girlfriend collective customer since the beginning. Girlfriend collective has really gone down hill. I do not recommend them and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Incredibly toxic smell coming from the bras

I’ve tried emailing them twice but nothing. There’s an incredibly toxic weird smell coming from the bras I purchased. This has never been the case before. I’ve even washed them and the smell is still there.

Good bra, awful smell

Look, I love this brand, I have bought from them several times in the past, and I know they make great products. I already have this same bra in another colorway, so I know it fits well, performs as it should, and stands the test of time. That being said, I cannot ignore the smell that came with this bra. Things you order sometimes come with an odd or unpleasant odor, I think we've all experienced that, but this is on another level. I'm really not being dramatic when I say I had to hang it outside the night it came because it was making my whole room smell. It's a very specific, almost sour, industrial smell that just leeches out into everything around it. Hand washing didn't help, so I put it in the washing machine, which I normally don't like to do with bras in general, but I quite literally couldn't put it on my body smelling like that, so I didn't see another option. Not only did that not really get rid of the problem, it made the other stuff I washed with it ALSO SMELL BAD. Really not sure what I'm going to do at this point. I don't like to leave these kinds of reviews, and I still gave it three stars because I wouldn't feel right going lower on a product I already know fits and performs well, but this is crazy.
