Hollow sound

I received the instrument before the date appointed for delivery. The violin was very well packed, and it was exactly as I saw it in the pictures. The instrument was beautiful, and elegant. The first issue with it was that one of the pegs did not hold in position, but after much effort I was able to tune it. The hollow sound of the low notes disappointed me. It is not the natural sound of a violin. I returned it, and have to say that these people are very professional, they did exactly as they say regarding reimbursement, I got all my money back in a short time.
