PawPail PawBag and Waste Bags Combo

Have been using PawPail for a couple years now. Love the convenience and ability to control odor, even in the Southern summer

Great as advertised. Have been using the WasteBags + Filter for almost 2 years. Always tie the bag with a small cable tie.

Part of my order was not delivered. The charcoal refill piece was not included like it should have been. Sent an email to the company, waiting for a response. But I feel like this was an avoidable mistake that wouldn’t have happened if more attention was paid.
