Complained 3 times my order was missing the carrying strap eventually ordered another with complaint in description and they sent me 2 Timely for responding let alone responding at all is negligent Fixing the issue perfect except I just had to order something I didn’t need to get the first one I already bought. Would have much rather just been sent one and a refunded for the other one I do not need but now have.
