What a great time machine! Took me back many years to when every Friday was eagerly awaited for The Eagle and Dan's latest adventure 🙂,such happy times.

A futuristic approach to a ‘future of the past’!

The book encapsulated what it was like waiting each week for the next copy of The Eagle. Having Dan Dare taking on the Mekon in his various space ships was central to the enjoyment of the comic. Coupled with this was the weekly centrefold of technical wizardry. This book cleverly combines both elements to perfection. Reading through the text and looking through the various exploded diagrams took me to nstsntly back to my childhood. So, to say that I was impressed with this publication would be a huge understatement. It’s great. Enough said?

A good companion to the Dan Dare comics.

The colour printing in the book does the comic justice.
