Color and flavor

I was stunned. First is that salmon can taste very oily, color almost orange. So when I received my order, I noticed color a little lighter. After cooking and tasting I thought I was eating steelhead, which is a favorite of mine. This goes to show not all salmon is bad. Love the pinkish peach color, flavor in delicate. Simply wonderful.
