I recently purchased ink for my old HP printer from Quest for Toner.For the cost of a single black ink cartridge from Staples, I was able to get 2 black and colour combos...[ie 4 cartridges for the price of one] and as my order was just over $50.00, I also received free shipping. I had tried getting cartridges refilled from a local company before only to find that they didn't work, but the Quest for Toner replacement cartridges worked perfectly. Perhaps the most interesting part of my purchase was the Quest for Toner after sale communications. They notified me by email that my order had been received, sent another when my order was shipped, and yet another to let me know that it had been delivered. all of this within the 2 business days it took to get my ink cartridges to me. I think they have the best online customer communications programme I've ever seen. I'm sure I'll buy from this company again, and would recommend it to others.

Good Service Came Through For Me and My Old Inkjet Printer

I have an old HP inkjet printer and bought refurbished cartridges from a different vendor years ago and was disappointed because of non-operation. I was skeptical Quest4Toner cartridges were going to work and my printer rejected the first set of cartridges (tri color and B/W). Ashley in Customer Service was great to deal with and Quest4Toner immediately sent another type of manufacturer toner cartridges at no charge and they worked fine. Was happy for the prompt service and ended up saving over $50 from buying the HP cartridges. Thanks!
