Excellent customer service

I was a first time customer and the inkjet cartridge I received did not work properly. I contacted customer service and they immediately arranged to have a replacement cartridge sent out at no cost to me. I received the replacement cartridge a couple of days later and it worked fine. I was impressed with the fast response and the cost of the cartridge, would not hesitate to use Quest 4 Toner again.
