Ground shipping is used to ship these products which negatively impacts the freshness of the herbs being used. Pretty disappointing to wait more than 10days for shipping. They may have checked on the shipping but failed to mention that the shipping is the longest shipping option ever, it bounced all around the state of California before leaving to Hawaii. I have never experienced this length of shipping for any vender. I’m very disappointed and I will not be a returning customer. They claim that shipping is out of their hands yet the select the longest possible shipping option available cause it’s the cheapest. 👎🏽
