Received one of two helmets ordered

We received one of the two helmets ordered and we reported the issue. After several emails, we received a response indicating the second helmet was being shipped. No tracking number provided and we are still waiting for something to confirm the shipment or waiting to receive the order. I'm really disappointed and concerned we may not get the second helmet. I will update if we receive it.
