Late arrival - okay product

I ordered these as a Father’s Day gift. I allowed over a week for them to arrive and they were late. I even paid $15 for shipping vs. the free shipping offered. I have no idea what the difference is since these took 10 days to arrive and we had to leave town without them. I reached out to CC and they didn’t seem too concerned that they were taking so long to arrive and did not offer me any sort of refund on the extra shipping cost. At $10 each the pint glasses are okay but honestly the recipient wasn’t that impressed. So over all we were slightly dissatisfied with the whole transaction.
