Excellent flame with no heat bar showing. Only wish it had come with a metal surround. Luckily we had one which we retrofitted to fit it.

GREAT replacement for existing surround!!!

I bought this unit for my mom's freestanding fireplace surround. Her original stopped working and the supplier no longer carried it's replacement. My online chat person was super helpful, we made sure measurements were correct and it was delivered in under a week!
