"Medium" size belt/Sent wrong Item but great Customer Service

I ordered a new harness with the canteen cup but got a used harness without the cup. A call to customer service quickly resolved the problem. About a week later I got a new harness with the canteen cup along with a pre-addressed mail bag to return the wrong item. The belts I got in both instances were medium size (say they are for waists up to 30") but I was able to adjust the medium belt for my 34" waist. There was no mention of belt size in the description for this item (would have been helpful) or an option to order a large.
