It’s cool but…

I like the unit but the app has not been supported with any updates in several years. You cannot register an account or load any recipes. The app just times out every time I try. The until itself has been solid without any serious issues other than the janky app that does not work.

Unhappy with the customer service

We have not been able to connect the Wi-Fi to the unit. Your phone number is disconnected and you have not yet answered our email.

Poor customer service-WiFi app doesn’t work

Starts with customer service! No answers or emails. WiFi doesn’t work and hasn’t worked after looking at old reviews from past years, yet they still use this as a selling point. Read the reviews and proceed with caution! Fingers crossed you don’t have any problems if you purchase!
