Fantastic ems/tens unit

I’ve used this for a short time and have already noticed results in muscle mass and definition. And the tens part helps drastically with recovery, and sciatic pain.

EMS for post-surgical muscle rehab/rebuild

Incredibly quick delivery, which allowed me to get started on my rehab program immediately! I am impressed with the number of programs available, I can use the same machine for my strength training and my microcurrent pain relief (as well as several other options I haven't even tried yet). It's too soon to speak about the longevity of the machine, it's only been a few weeks, but so far so good. And, most importantly, I've already noticed improvement in the muscles of my right leg, which had atrophied to approx 2" smaller than my left leg.

Good product I recommend.

So far this product has been giving me the results that I am looking for. I am thinking about adding the carbon fiber pads because the gel pads are time consuming to put on and take off because you have to carefully place them on the protective cover that each pad comes with to ensure a longer life.
