2 lbs. Sumatra Mandheling GR1 DP Natural Fresh Dark Roast 100% Arabica Coffee Beans

My go to roaster for years now and my go to blend. Robust dark flavor I use with either my Melitta drip cone or my espresso machine. Sometimes add some cardamom for a twist.

I am no expert, nor a connoisseur, simply a man who has been drinking the same cup of coffee from Costco for 20+ year’s until they stopped carrying the Sumatran then supplanting it with an “organic” version that wasn’t to the same roasting specifications (dark) leading to less earthy, more acidic and a distinct “burnt/stale” aftertaste cup of coffee and went on a quest to keep my life from becoming completely disrupted (think Melvin Udall), and was resigning myself to the fact that sometimes change is for the better; that is until I found this company and this coffee! The roasting (dark) exceeded the original by far and they have a customer until I can no longer drink coffee. Keep doing what you are doing the taste is Devine!
