Works perfectly as intended. Seldom found general instructions for proper use and drilling included. Lead is not a popular item for many ecological reasons and most of us are forced to use plastic anchors that definitely do not hold or hold up as well. Prompt shipping at a reasonable price. Better to purchase this item from this company than from the "big box store" even if you can find it (which is doubtful). Very pleased with this companies service!
