Absolutely Incredible

Everything about Koss is fantastic. First, the headphones themselves. They offer incredible audio quality. They have great functionality with the ability to adjust the head step to the exact size of any head, as well as the ability to control the firmness/tightness of the speakers hugging the ears which enables an optimal wearing experience. Furthermore, they are customizable with the speakers being able to pop out of the main head piece through a ball and socket connector. I have also purchased green ear pad cushions to customize the look of the headphones. They add a pop of color and personality to the headphones, and are very easy to put on of because of the tooth holding mechanism on the headset. Second, the company is phenomenal. Every step of the purchasing process was easy and transparent. The price of the headphones are affordable, which makes them accessible to a wide audience of audiophiles. There is free shipping across the US, which is an added bonus. The packaging is sleek and beautiful, just enough to hold all necessary contents. And finally, I received a note from the company that detailed their passion and legacy of headphones that was signed by Micheal J. Koss, the Chairman and CEO of Koss. I felt valued as a customer, and I also felt a sense of pride in buying a product that has such a rich history and legacy. Thank you so much, Koss team, and keep being phenomenal!

Great headphones but...

Great headphones, but the wire is quite flimsy, and I wouldn't recommend wearing them on the go very much if you're prone to snagging. I crouched down to pet the campus cat just for the wire to get caught on my knee as I stood up. The wire completely tore out of the volume and pause/play switch so now I'll have to go on a quest to learn how to sodder wires back together. Quite unfortunate because I really did love how I could triapse through campus with them on without worrying about not being able to hear my surroundings.

Such a cool product and a signed letter from the ceo was a nice touch
