I have recently started using french cleats, and I really love them. Best way to hang a painting. I am an artist (oil on canvas), and making it easy to hang my art is a real bonus! Didn't work for me

These light cleats do not allow what I am hanging to fit flush to the wall. I am unable to TALK someone for tech support... so I will not use this product and move on to another solution/approach.
