Customer Service (Kim Wilbur) was awesome. She was responsive and very helpful. The only thing that could have made my experience better, is I wished someone would answer the phone. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to call back. In a world moving towards AI, it means a lot to be able to actually talk to a live person.
