It is pretty good and I love the taste and how you made it without chemical

Took a few attempts to dial in brew method for best flavours. As per 40:60 instructions: coarse grind (not too coarse), I used 22 GM per cup, water temp a bit lower (dark blend), slow extraction on the 60 part.

OK. Glad that it's organic

I have to be honest and say that I was not impressed. The coffee has a very earthy taste and smell. However, I understand that it's hard to find a good decaf, let alone organic.
