An Exceptional Work of Craftsmanship

My old laminate and particle board cutting table left me after 22 years of faithful service. I saw this rare gem online and could not believe my eyes. And yet it is every bit as beautiful and perfectly finished in every possible way as I wanted to expect from the online description. The finish of the wood is smooth and silky, the sugar brown maple color like a rich caramel, the wood well chosen, well cut, and the edges finely joined. The dovetailed drawers are perfect. Every drawer closes perfectly, and sits evenly. The cutting surface is flat and even. The entire table rolls nicely when necessary. I can't find anything wrong with this cutting table. Nothing. It is a practical piece elevated to high art. How can I be expected to create on something so distractedly gorgeous?
