I have been using this supplements for a coulpe of weeks. Overall not really the best. I really haven't seen any changes with my skin or hair. I will continue using to see if perhaps I notice anything different. Also I wish I knew where they source there ingredientes from. Overall item was shipped quick and easy. It might not be the best in the market, but id rather take these supplements that contain at least some benfits then a pack of gummy worms/ bear that only contains sugar and chemicals.
