Oh Freedom! - High School (Part 1)

Overall, I like the look of this curriculum, and will be using it for the upcoming school year. Even my teens are excited about it. Pros: It seems very comprehensive, not watered down, and encourages critical thinking with regard to US History - exactly what I was searching for for my teenagers. Cons: -1 star for the one big issue I had. The curriculum *requires* 5 additional books, and recommends several others to supplement the main material. Nowhere was it mentioned there would be other required text, much less listed out, until after purchase and reviewing the curriculum itself. It's not a dealbreaker, but I was quite blindsided by it, as it appeared to be all-inclusive. I admit, the price should have been a hint, but I, evidently, missed it. Be prepared to spend an additional $50(used/thrifted)-$120(new) at minimum to have a fully functional curriculum. Either way, it would have been helpful to have this listed in the description prior to purchase.
