Great Flavor without being bitter or harsh.

I was a little skeptical at first cuz I've never used one of these. The closest thing I've used was a Keurig. I came to love my Keurig. Now since I bought the machine, the Keurig is sitting in the closet. The various coffees that are offered are absolutely wonderful I never got the Sumatra in my first shipment which was a multi-flavored coffee tea and hot chocolate. After I had gone on flavia's website I saw Sumatra that's my good morning coffee! I don't think I'm ever going back
