Custom Retrofit Headlights / 3rd Gen 4Runner / 96-02

Product itself works as described, and the visibility was stellar. Only thing that I found challenging was securing the valence plates, which suggests the fitment of the TYCO Headlight bracket was off. Otherwise stellar!

Ever since installing my new headlights I've been troubleshooting here and there. Upon start up I've been wondering how to change the color when you power them on but still have not found how to do it. Secondly, it takes like 25 seconds for the light to come back on after the lights do their little animation upon started. Then when they do light up, it takes another 15-20 seconds to adjust to the light that I've been troubleshooting to have lit up upon powering them on. I hope I can get some assistance with what's going on but customer service is lacking. I have video proof of the issue if I can finally get some assistance. I love the lights and I'm really pleased that they used glass instead of plastic on the headlight lenses. Praying to have this issue fixed ASAP nonetheless
