Update 21Dec2024: SRQ quickly shipped a replacement controller and everything working perfectly. Looks amazing. Thank you SRQ Team! Previous: The HID HI/low controller is bad right out of the package. Confirmed power up to controller, power being received from car headlight relay to three prong connector, but no output to headlight. The switchbacks work great (not tied to controller) and the projector looks amazing when I bypass the controller and give it direct 12v power.
