Like the oysters I remember as a child

These oysters were terrific! They had the same taste as the oysters had back in the early 1960s. Back then, every pay day during oyster season, the months with "r" in them, daddy would buy oysters and we would have oyster stew for supper. This was our great treat and the entire family enjoyed them. Over time, oysters encountered numerous challenges from the environment, and the taste of oysters changed. Those problems along with the changes in the way butter and milk were processed, made our oyster stew different tasting. It was no longer a family favorite. When I fixed these Terry Brothers salty oysters on Christmas Eve, it was like being transported back in time. These tasted exactly as the ones from our memories. The guests all loved the stew and the oysters I fried. Some of the oysters were huge! I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Oyster were very good but crab w as “gray”. They happily refunded our money for the crab. Very nice people to deal with.
