Bison Jerky, Cowboy Style

We thought it was delicious!

good quality but...

extremely salty and sky-high amount of black pepper such that it actually burns your mouth. I like spicy hot stuff but didn't expect that from this. I was actually rinsing the jerky under the sink before eating it, trying to tame the salt/pepper. Would have preferred a more natural product, like just the dried meat maybe a little salt or spice but not this much. The experience is similar to taking a handful of crispy bacon and shoving it in your mouth. If I ate a lot of this I'd probably have high blood pressure.
