Natural White Himalayan Salt Lamp 6-8 Lbs

I was excited to receive my Himalayan salt lamp, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work. I followed the instructions, replaced the bulb, and tried different outlets, but it still won’t light up. I emailed customer service and they quickly responded it may be the cord. They are sending me a new cord and I can't wait to enjoy my new salt lamp. I am so impressed with the excellent customer service!!
