Great bedding

This is our first purchase and we love it! We bought the bamboo sateen bedding set. It is soooooo comfortable and we slept very well on it. Can’t wait to buy our second set .

Decent product, poor delivery service

The bamboo bedsheets feel good and silky, but the experience was marred by the very poor delivery experience (mostly due to the extremely lousy choice of logistics service provider - J&T Express which is rated 1.9 stars on Google). The item took very long to arrive with no updates from the tracker (it said item was out for delivery but I did not receive even after a week), resulting in the team having to resend me the item separately which I received within the day itself. I still received the original shipment a few days later, and therefore had to go through the very trouble of having to return the product.
