Better than I expected

No field use yet but first impressions are promising. I have a great appreciation for the design philosophy applied here, very well thought out. The liner being an additional add on is amazing as I personally don’t like them, but CPGEAR made it optional, making the bag lighter weight out of the box and cheaper. I can’t really think of a critique for this product that isn’t inherent to the 64 pack system. I would like to recommend however that more photos are included; I personally held off purchasing one for a while because I didn’t think it had a “claymore” pouch in the lid or strap attachment points at the bottom of the pack. Very pleasantly surprised that it did, but I think adding photos of these would go a long way. Either way, great product and I look forward to getting a ton of use out of it. I highly recommend if you are willing to accept the limitations inherent to the 64 pack system

Should Have Been Standard Issue

This pack, or at the very least it's concept, should have been the standard-issue ruck to replace the 82 pattern. Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, durable, and a plethora of both internal volume & external mounting space. Disappointed there's no radio pouch or other internal divider. However, I'm very thankful that CPGear opted to commit to the Molle route on the bag, rather than maintain the 64/82 pattern 3-pouch configuration. Room for 5 large pouches!

Still the best frame and overall system the CAF ever had.
