Love the brand, but totally disappointed with their miss information regarding the tax refund

Come from overseas grab some product instore cause love the brand! But feel disappointed with the retail staff miss informing that the shop is actually not participate in global blue. Instead double checking when we asking wether we can really get tax refund with the receipt, retail staff telling us that she sure about it cause all of their previous overseas customer did it before and i believe they unable to claim.

Super soft and cooling

The store assistant said we will come back and purchase another one for sure, and she's right! The bedsheet is sooo soft and silky, and it's cooling even in the day, makes us sleep so well. I can never go back to our old bedsheet anymore.
