Reordered three times. Great coverage and no issues with packaging

The pump doesn't work so I can't even use the product. I've contacted custom service for a replacement. This is the second time.

Too thick and too dark

The cream is too thick and it separates and leaves a smear under my eyes. It is too dark for my skin so it adds to the dark circles under my eyes. I will not be buying this again. I wish I could get my money back but it's been more than 30 days.
