love these bones but…

my dogs absolutely love these bones. And I love them because I think they’re healthy and they keep their teeth clean. But sometimes the bones are either too small and thin or too big and thick… They have to be just right …long and thick enough, but not very thin. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make batches that have certain types of bones that you need for the type of dog that you have but they say it’s impossible. They have been really nice with sending out a new box if they have been too thick, but I have wasted hundreds of dollars on bones not being able to be used. I’m much rather them be too thin than too thick, but this last batch again was so thick that I have to give most of them away.. so… I make a lot of donations to the shelter on top of the donations I make anyway. I wish they would try to customize the thickness of the bones. I made that suggestion a few times in email but it doesn’t seem to help. They say it’s not possible. Oh well. I guess I’ll just make many dogs. Happy at the shelter.
