Did not meet expectations

Sadly, the quality control on this missed the mark. There were major ripples in the leather all over the tail end of the belt. And there was some sticky residue on several places on the underside of the belt that caused patch marks. Disappointed :( Edit: The Pegai team went out of their way to contact me by email apologizing for the issue and sent me a brand new belt completely free of charge. The new belt that I received is exquisitely finished and feels very premium. Kudos to Pegai for the excellent customer service!

high quality product

My husband loved the belt. It was well built and awesome to have it personalized. The leather was soft and the belt buckle was sturdy and had a good finish. Overall a well made product!

Great belt, wrong size

I purchased this belt because the first belt that I ordered seem to be the wrong size. I originally purchased the 40 inch waist belt and found it to be way too big so I purchased this 36 inch version and found it to be too small. The craftsmanship on these belts is amazing. It's just my own stupidity that I bought the wrong items twice. Or the sizing just wasn't correct?? The 40-in waist belt measures 50 in long, where the 36-in belt I believe measured 44 in long. I guess I'm somewhere in the middle. I probably should just order the 38. Lol
