Not very hydrating

I found it didn’t irritate my skin but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I didn’t find it very hydrating and now use the byoma hydrating milky toner instead which I love and is much more hydrating.

Obsessed with this serum, it’s the best one I’ve tried. Helps with redness and irritation and doesn’t feel too heavy or sticky.
