I always buy this toner! It's the best one I've ever tried so far. I use it on my hand so I don't get irritated my cotton pad and it's perfect. I noticed my skin is less irritated, I have less acne and my pores are smoother. It isn't harsh on the skin and gives a fresh sensation which I like. Also the scent isn't strong and is very very light.
