Great lime flavor

I generally do not like lime. My mom asked me to make her a Key Lime cheesecake for her birthday. I was hesitant because I was worried about the level of lime flavor. Any amount of lime flavor is too much for me. I worked it out, the lime swirl was delicious. It wasn't too tart and not too sweet. It gave the right level of lime flavor.
