Too expensive
Don't get me wrong, the product has 5 stars for taste, but a low 2 stars for being over priced hence 3 stars over all.

Perfect blank canvas
Yes, you can just melt white chocolate chips but having this available for emergencies is great. Melts beautifully, mixes smoothly, and pipes like a dream. Have yet to see anything bad produced by Amoretti.
