I purchased the Natural Birthday Cake flavor when I needed flavor without the rich color of Artisan Flavor ( which is my go-to). It had the same fragrance and the taste was slightly different; softer, I think. Anyways, I layered it with small amounts of other flavorings and it is delicious.

Delish! Tastes like a full bite of frosted cake.

I used this in faux swiss meringue buttercream and it will definitely be my new birthday cake go-to. A little goes a long way and the flavor is spot on.
