Watch looks nice, but I couldn't work out how to adjust the strap to fit. E-mails back and forth to the team didn't resolve the issue - I was told there should be a tiny screwdriver in the box, which there wasn't and directed to a YouTube video showing how to make an adjustment. There was no offer to send out a screwdriver, but I eventually found one small enough at home. The adjustment was straightforward. However, I then found it impossible to pull out the crown to adjust the time with my fingers. I gently tried with the screwdriver, but in the end had to use my teeth! Not ideal.
