Ducett went above and beyond to sort out an initial misunderstanding with my requirements for the coin necklace. I am extremely pleased with the style of the writing and positioning of the name. Please make sure your requirements are fully explained and understood, I accept that some of the initial misunderstanding may have been that I did not make my requirements clear. However I am now in possession of a very pretty necklace and would have no hesitation buying further items from Ducett.
