Never received order

I would love to review this product if I would ever receive it. Ordered November 13 and still has has not shipped. Multiple emails to customer service who did not respond till November 30. You can’t call customer service as the phone number they have posted does not take calls Customer service finally emailed yesterday saying my order should be resent out but I have not received any notifications. Awful customer service. This was ordered for a Christmas present but doesn’t look like it will make for Christmas or at all.

Bummed

A friend gave me the peach tinted lip balm and I loved it. It was and is the best tinted lip balm I’ve ever tried. So I bought this pack hoping to try different colors but was pretty bummed. 1) the peach came in a slightly different shade. It was lighter or brighter than the original shade which makes it more neon on my lips. 2) one of the other ones had a rose smell that is so strong it’s like putting perfume on your lips and unusable. 3) the third color doesn’t really stain or look good like the peach one. Overall I was so excited but it feels like the quality control must not be very good and unfortunately I won’t be buying more.
