Wasabi Power has great customer service and great products

Their batteries are better than the manufacturer's batteries (more mA). This charger died, and they had a new one to me in 2 days, But buy the new USB-C batteries instead of the ones that need chargers.

Great Customer Service

I was having some charging issues and Terry provided one of the best CSR experiences I have ever had. I was walked through troubleshooting, a charger replacement and fail, and then battery replacement promptly and without any hiccups. Great product and everything is working great.
