These are a great item

I was using some foam spools that were not so good. These are great. Much thinner. The hard plastic edge locks in the leader. I also use for dry dropper rigs. Need to get more.

I already had a couple of these for leaders. I got these so that I could have pre tied tippet rigs with flies on them for fishing in freezing weather.

These are a great item
