How to work pump action ?

I like the product, but it is very difficult to get pump action to work- is there a knack? I have tried various positions ?Not ideal for arthritic hands

Got this for my mam for arthritis in her hands. She says it is brilliant, uses it once a day usually but sometimes twice a day. She is very happy with it.

Pain Relief

Due to arthritis my knees cause me severe pain when I'm in bed at night. Since I started using Arthritis - Pain Relief Certified Organic Oil I get a much better night's sleep. I'm also finding it good when my hip acts up. Old age I guess!
