VERY disappointed

Bought a venus fly trap & paid significantly more than I would at a local nursery. Plant arrived flattened and looked nothing like the picture on website. I know how to care for a VFT, but I'm not expecting much from this one. Maybe they will make this right for me & send me a thriving replacement. Otherwise I will never buy from them or recommend them.
