Vitamin B-12 (500mcg) Tablets by BariatricPal (100 count)

I like how small these tablets are and that they are relatively taste free. I’d recommend though taking them with something other than water as they can leave a lingering taste after taking them and cause some slight nausea. I prefer to take these tablets and all my vitamins with something other than milk.

taste is fine, shipping wished a little quicker, but my fault I don't do automatic monthly. levels wished they were a little higher.

Just started taking. Hopefully will see a difference in a few days
